Kingsman Barber – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kingsman Barber, all bookings made via our online booking system/app are subject to the following strict policy. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

No-Show Policy
  •  Any client who fails to attend their appointment without prior notice will be marked as a no-show.
  •  No-shows are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances.

Late Arrival Policy
  •  Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment automatically cancelled.
  •  Late cancellations due to late arrival are non-refundable.
  •  This policy is in place to respect our schedule and other clients’ time.

Cancellation & Changes
  •  Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
  •  Any booking not cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the appointment time will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy
  •  All payments are final unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the required 24-hour notice period.
  •  No exceptions will be made for no-shows, late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations.

Kingsman Barber reserves the right to enforce this policy strictly to maintain a professional service and fair scheduling for all clients
